We charge a 100% no-show fee for clients who fail to show for their booked appointment time. Any cancellations within a 2 hour window will also be charged the no-show as we cannot get those appointments rebooked on such short notice. For special circumstances please call rather than cancelling online. These fees are nonrefundable.
